With an empty nest and open door, our clients wanted to create a joyful and welcoming gathering place for family and friends. A central north-facing living area strongly connects the interior and exterior spaces and skyward views; while the sleeping wings feel secluded and are easily zoned off for privacy.
The materials palette is deliberately restrained and honest, putting the emphasis on the play of natural light as you move through the house.
