The scale of this new residence sits comfortably in the street while providing a sense of grandeur and lightness behind its solid facade. Areas of height bring natural light down into key gathering points of the house. The arrangement of spaces finds the happy medium between the degree of separation versus connection that is needed for the three generations to live in harmony.
